Stay away from Coco Vogue, it seems shady

I booked a voucher via Payfast on 4 September 2025 as a birthday gift for a friend. I received an email notification from Payfast to confirm my payment and a second confirmation notification from Coco Vogue. I was expecting to receive the voucher to be emailed to me but nothing. I whatsapped them, no joy. I spoke to the manager, she was going to investigate and call me back, she never did. I emailed their accounts, no response. In the meantime I bought another voucher for my friend. I called today to request a refund, Mishay was going to call me back, never did. Called again this afternoon and spoke to Kelsey, no joy. I asked for the owner's name and number, said she can't give this info. A search shows the owner as Cresenthia September-Echardt. So message to Cresenthia, is this how you run your spa? Disgusting service. I expect a refund ASAP, otherwise I will be lodging a complaint with the Consumer Commission.
