Shocking service

I bought a voucher for a Microblading treatment, when they heard it was a voucher all of a sudden they could not do microblading as I had done it years ago and they refused to work on someone else's work which makes no sense as there is no trace of microblading as it is so long ago. Pity the T&C"S dont even mention this now I just lose my money.
