Poor service,toenails filed instead of buffed.

After the worst ever pedicure I requested a refund for additional voucher gifted to me for my 60th birthday but they refused the refund. I feel since the lady nearly filed off the top of my toenails and I'm still watching for possible infection, they owe it to me to refund this voucher. I don't want the gifter to feel bad about his gift therefore didn't want to notify him but now I have no option. Worst treatment ever.
