Poor customer service. Overpriced.

My partner and I made a booking straight from our honeymoon we were driving far back to Cape Town. The honeymoon that we came from was worth it since we received our honeymoon gifts with a bottle of mimosa and platters (biltongs biscuits cheese and feta and big chocolate) We only paid R250 for that gift. And now ....

We visited Coco Vogue with a wedding gift voucher. The venue is gorgeous inside, the staff is very friendly, and our therapists gave us truly amazing massages! They were also very accommodating when our car broke down on the way and our timeslot had to be shifted.

Unfortunately, a few things dampened the experience:

Towels: We were caught off guard by the towel policy, as we were only informed we needed to bring two extra towels (four in total), leading to unexpected extra costs or having to run out and buy more at the shops. Clearer communication about this beforehand would be helpful.

Food and Drinks: Unfortunately, the R300 snack and drinks package that comes in a glass was a major letdown. The wraps, in particular, contained no meat and were filled only with onions, making it feel like a waste of money. We could have bought proper lunch with that money since we did not have lunch.

So disappointing because the owner promised to get back to me about it she never did thats why I had to make a bad review. Poor customer service.
