Poor customer service

My voucher was redeemed after no treatment Was done. I forgot my towel and was just told no towel no treatment. Even though I have been there on numerous occasions before. After doing an enquiry I was told that they have enough business and will not entertain customers not reading the fine print. That's there company culture where I like it or not.
