Poor customer service

I recently wanted to visit the Coco Vogue spaI have my yearly conference coming up in next week and iam very pressed for time I decided to get myself a wiki deal and make use of it for the conference to do ny lashes I specifically took an day off to sort out my things I have tried Tuesday to secure an appointment via WhatsApp as it states on the coupon it is WhatsApp friendly. The person whome is running the WhatsApp is very unprofessional and do not care to respond to clients the service I got was very horrible now iam stuck to pay elsewhere and sit with this coupon witch i won't be able to use now I feel very disappointed in the level of service witch was given via WhatsApp and felt like they need someone whome would respond to customer in a more professional manner and time keeping should be managed
