Pathetic service

experience at Coco Vogue after visiting for a new headspa service. While I have been a loyal client for years, the recent visit was marred by several issues. There was trouble getting timely responses regarding pricing, and the session itself did not meet expectations.Upon arrival, the advertised gold tap was barely used and rather falling down on my face during the session, water was dispensed from a bucket making it feel like I went to a neighbor for a cheap or free quick treatment. The headspa experience was underwhelming, lacking the full head massage expected, and the headrest was uncomfortable. The blowout was even worse: the staff seemed inexperienced, with one assistant struggling to use the hairdryer and brush properly, eventually burning my scalp. Additionally, oil was mistakenly app**** as the last step in the treatment, leaving my hair oily and looking dirtier than before. Despite acknowledging the mistake, the staff did not offer a proper resolution or apology, leaving me feeling embarrassed and unsatisfied. I left the salon frustrated and upset, having paid in full for a service that didn’t meet my expectations.
