Pathetic Customer Service

This place is a complete joke and an embarrassment to the word “business.” I’ve never dealt with people this useless in my life. I messaged them over and over to book an appointment, they barely rep**** once, then left me on read like I don’t even matter. When I finally called them, they didn’t just ignore it — they declined my call. How pathetic is that?

This is the most unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful excuse for a spa you’ll ever find. If they can’t even answer a phone or a message, what on earth makes them think they deserve anyone’s money? They don’t care about customers, they don’t care about respect, they clearly don’t care about anything except wasting people’s time.

Honestly, shut the doors if this is how you treat people. You’re not a spa, you’re a **** with a phone number. Don’t waste your energy here — they’re a complete disgrace.
