PATHETIC Booking System

I recently purchased a voucher on WikiDeals for a couples massage. After phoning Coco Vogue directly, I was told I need to make a booking via the ChatBot on your website.

I have never experienced such a pathetic booking system before. The Chatbot doesn't respond properly and after uploading my voucher, a booking was automatically made for me. Making an appointment is meant to be back and forth communication to confirm availability of the customer!! I had work commitments and could not make the time booked for me by the ChatBot. I then went directly to the store to reschedule a booking, which was then confirmed by the receptionist only for them to phone me back later to advise that the booking was cancelled due to the voucher code already being redeemed due to the automatic booking made by the ChatBot. And then told to pay an additional R250 per person for a rebooking??!!! What an absolute shambolic and disorganised disgrace of a company!!

After reading through the rest of the reviews, it seems like majority of clients experienced the same issue. The ChatBot booking system DOES NOT work!!

DO NOT recommend them to anyone!
