Dishonest, ********** - voucher for micrbladfing redeemed & no service rendered. fine print left out finer details, now they blame the client. Am I a the****** or are they, isn't transparency a key customer service aspect. The manager was suppose to handle my matter & still nothing +/- 4weeks now. Seems like they don't care, hypocrisy for the bible verses & quotes in the salon. The staff member wants to report me for being upset for their dishonesty/monney *****ing & no client experience ethics.

As noted I bought the "microblading/eyebrow tinting" hyperli voucher, of which I opted to use last Saturday 13 September 2025. I ended up postponing this treatment as we were there at 12:45 and our SPA treatments only started @ 13:20, making us end 15 - 20 mins later and this meant I was going to be late for another appointment.

I then moved the appointment to today and then was explained what this entailed and that a follow-up is needed within four weeks, costing me R1000 (this is not stipulated in the voucher details), she attached.

I am truly disappointed in the service, especially the "whatsapp" chat - so delayed. I am not happy with the detail being given only on the day of treatment by the the****** (Really a lovely girl).

I am hereby requesting that I be refunded for this purchase.
