Never Again

Worst Service I've experienced in a long time. I called to make a booking for myself and a friend for a mani & pedi for both of us. The excitement level for this for both of us was high since its our first spa treatment since Covid started. Both of us took leave ESPECIALLY for this. Just to get there and to be told they can't find our booking and they can't assist!!!! I mean now especially because of covid is the time to boost customer service and get people through their doors. But ja, lesson learnt. Never going there again
