Most painful pedi and mani

I went last week and it was load shedding. They used to be so good at providing a good service but after the other left it all went down hill. I wont be back. I went in load shedding. Took 2 hrs and 15 minz for both. The longest ever. They had a gel lamp a small one that worked with a power bank that didnt even provide enough power to dry nails. Some of my nails was smudged and the colour dull dull. Even the whole pedi and mani proces was bad. My poor cuticles ws destroyed and I had sores on my toes. Neva again... And to them it looked like nothing was wrong
