MONEY HUNGRY ****MERS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

If I could give these people 0 stars, I would. We were treated so badly by the staff. You get treated differently when you have a voucher/coupon. Getting a booking was an absolute nightmare as their communication is so so bad. The the****** arrived late and we had to wait, yet we were told to be there early. There is no prior communication regarding not bringing your own towels (oh yes, you need to bring your own towels for your massage treatment) . Failing to bring your own towels or even if you bring your 4 towels and 1 does not meet their requirements (which was also not communicated prior to the booking) , your ONLY options will then be to reschedule and pay again the FULL FEE AGAIN because they refuse to continue with your treatment or you can buy 1 towel for R225 each. We arrived with two towels initially, drove all the way back home for two extra towels and when we got there with our 4 towels, we were sent back home and they refused to do our treatment because to them, one towel was not big enough. They have absolute no etiquette and did not even attempt to assist us. THIS IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT AND THEY DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE THEIR DOORS OPEN. AND ON TOP OF THAT, WE DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND NOR ANOTHER DATE.
