I've never experienced bad service like this before!

I'm so disappointed with the level of service received from @cocovogue.

I booked at appointment for lashes. They called me 4 times on the day of my appointment to say they need too cancel.... Okay wait u can come okay no can u come next week.

Anyways they eventually confirmed I can come to my appointment as per my booking. I arrived, no one assist me. I was told to sit and wait I did just that. 15 minutes pass my appointment time they realized there are no more covid forms too fill in so they decided too give me an old form. The lady that suppose too do my lashes looked like she wanted too fall asleep whilst talking too me! She insisted I paid for cluster when I didn't even pay Firstly, I just called too make an appointment for the classic lashes. She then apparently called the owner and they advised her to stick to the clusters and not the classic that I booked for.

Very very bad service! With bad service like this me as an Events Manager will never recommend Coco Vogue in Edward Street.

The bosses along with employees have no drive too ensure great customer service is provided.
