If there was a ZERO rating I would have given it ZERO

Firstly I sent and email to ask if I can make a booking (21 July 2022), as I received no response whatsoever, and followed up on 25 July 2022 (to date I have still not received a response). Thereafter, I phoned them and said my friend gave me a daddy deals voucher: Luxury Spa Package for One. They told me I cannot book an appointment without my voucher, which is fair, and I asked my friend to please send the voucher to them via Whatsapp, which she did. I phoned back later and the receptionist confirmed she received the voucher. After explaining to her multiple times that I have a voucher for ONE she kept on talking about TWO people (couples package). After numerous attempts I asked her to just make the booking as I was not getting through to her that this is only for ONE person. She made my booking for 10:00. A few days later, I phoned again as I needed to move my appointment to 12:00. The receptionist asked my name and time of the original appointment which I gave, and she could not find my booking. Finally she discovered that my booking was made for 09:00 and not 10:00 as requested. I also did not get a notification SMS as the number added to my booking was not my number. After finally sorting out the booking I had absolutely no desire to even go there anymore as it is totally unprofessional. I was told to be there 15 minute before my appointment started (I was on time). When I told the receptionist who I was she said I must give my voucher. After telling her that a friend bought the voucher for me and she had already sent it via Whatsapp (as requested) she said they don't have it anymore. I had to contact my friend again to send the voucher. This place's admin is a complete circus and by this point I am trying to keep my cool but I am so over it. After waiting almost AN HOUR I was finally asked to go to the "room" and no apology or reason whatsoever was given for this delay. When I got to the "room" it was pitch black dark and I had to use my own cellphone light to actually see what is going on and to get undressed. The "room" is not even a room, all the therapy rooms are in one big room and the sections are divided with a curtain. You can hear every noise - from the outside cars, to the conversations (inside and outside the "room), the snorting of the******s (which was disgusting by the way) - absolutely NOT a relaxing atmosphere. The the****** came in (and she was very nice and sweet) but she had a headlight on while doing my treatments - this was in my face the whole time, in this pitch black room. And the oils (if it was even oil, it felt like cream) and the face wash (yes, the mini facial is just a face wash) felt super cheap. All in all this was just not a good experience and I won't ever recommend that anyone ever goes to this establishment. Waste of time and money. On the day I felt too bad to complain and my the****** was very sweet, but in hindsight I won't recommend this place to anyone.
