Horrible experience ever!!!

Horrible experience ever!!! Would not recommend this spa for any treatment.

Firstly our messages was for 9 am we were here 15 minutes as they requested. No one opened the door or rep**** to the text messages why they running late. No one apologized why they were running late and so strict on policies over the towels, but yet in the communication that was sent out they did not stick to their time frame as stated. Secondly they eco friendly but yet they have towels available at a ridiculous price. And not willing to accommodate or assist they client as far as possible.

I came for a relaxing moment but walked out more stressed.

Never have i ever experience such an experience at a spa.
