Horrible experience

So a friend and her husband come today to redeem their R1300 voucher and what a horrible experience they had from the receptionist telling them not to be late again not sure is this is the norm how she speak to clients but if it is maybe consider getting a new receptionist and then the the****** that can’t finish a massage area without stopping every 5min to have a chat and recharge their hands. Wow what a horrible experience after pay twice for a voucher because something beyond the clients control happend the first time very inconsiderate of Coco Voque.
