Horrible communication
Pathetic Communication,
I bought 2 vouchers for my Partner and I because we needed the treat and on Friday I attempted to call the landline and this voice operatng service tells you what to do and which numbers to call. I hang on after all of this to see if somebody is going to answer but I was just cut off. So I try the 2 mobile numbers given and I go onto their website and do the live chat thing as well.
No answer from both numbers and you cannot send a whatsapp either but on their website they have an option to commincate via whatsapp (does not work)
Eventually I get through after calling so many times to one of the numbers and a young lady speaks to me. We start talking about the booking I want to make and we get cut off. She then calls me back and we continue and we are cut off again. In the 5 min I got to speak to her I had asked for a 3pm slot for the Sunday and she said she could help me at 2pm and I had to give my voucher codes which I did and she mentioned the one code not being correct and while in mid convo the call dropped again. I tried to call back so many times after that with no joy. My partner told me to just cancel it and get my money back because if this is how it starts he can just imagine what kind of treatment we are in for.
I then went onto Hyperli to ask for a refund the same day. Then on Sunday afternoon at 15:10 I get a call from their landline and a young gentleman asks me where I am because I was suppsoed to be there for my treatment. Can you believe the nerve of these people and just before that I was going through my emails and luckily I saw an email from them that was sent at 14:24 on Saturday about my booking confirmation. I only saw it because I alsways check my spam to clean it up.
Today I get a response from Hyperli saying they cannot refund me becuase the spa voucher has been redeemed and I need to sort this out with the spa itself. I would do that if I could actually get hold of them.
