ECO FRIENDLY ****

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the so-called "eco-friendly" **** operation known as Coco Vogue Beauty Bar & Coco Vogue Revive Lounge. Let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

Firstly, upon booking a spa date for myself and my partner, we were blindsided by the requirement to bring our own towels. Fine, fair enough, we thought. Little did we know, this was just the tip of the iceberg. Upon arrival, we were informed that not only did we need towels, but we needed two each or you pay R250 for one TOWEL. What kind of eco-friendly establishment expects customers to bring their own towels. Talk about a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of unsuspecting patrons.

Now, you might be thinking, "Well, why didn't you just go buy towels?" Oh, we tried. But apparently, leaving to purchase towels would result in forfeiting our booking slot. Never mind the fact that we arrived early and had plenty of time to spare. The nerve of these people!

And if you think their shadiness ends there, think again. If you dare to voice your displeasure and attempt to reschedule, they have the audacity to charge a whopping R250 per person. That's right, they punish you financially for their own incompetence and lack of transparency.

But wait, there's more! Let's talk about the treatment of their employees. Utterly disgusting doesn't even begin to cover it. The revolting attitudes displayed by the staff left a sour taste in our mouths and made the entire experience even more unbearable.

In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid Coco Vogue Beauty Bar & Coco Vogue Revive Lounge like the plague. Unless, of course, you enjoy being ****med, treated poorly, and subjected to subpar service.
