DON'T DO IT!

They asked us to bring our own towels. I've never experienced a place that requested this. When we arrived, the receptionist/manager person at the front desk did not give us a single smile and was not friendly the entire time we were there. We were also not offered any tea/coffee/water/juice. One would really expect the person at the front desk to give you a friendly welcome as they are the first person you see but this was not the case.

The only two good things about about the experience was the friendly demeanor of the beauty the******s and the quality of their work.

What made matters worse is that after leaving a google review, the receptionist/manager sent me a rude Whatsapp message instead of posting her reply on google for everyone to see and took absolutely no accountability for the terrible service rendered.

The lady at the front desk should NOT work in the service industry OR needs to urgently be enrolled in some customer care training so she can learn how to interact with client's and deal with complaints in a professional manner.
