Do not waste money on Coco Vogue......

What a disappointment......I was gifted a voucher for a Japanese hair massage. Having already experienced this in Vietnam, I was so excited. First of all I could not get in touch with them to make an appointment, there were 3 numbers provided but none got answered and no return calls after leaving numerous messages on answering machine. I had to drive to them to make an appointment. The girl working at reception is just plain rude.. They phoned me about 30 minutes prior to my appointment to confirm I am coming, at that time they haven't even looked at the whatsapp I was told to send (the voucher drtails). Then when I arrived for the appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes while the room was prepared, only thing they had to do was put the towel I brought with me on the bed. While I was in the room they left to go and fetch water, etc. The girls did it as best they could, but the experience was not great. The water they used to wash my hair was smelling bad, so much so that when I got home my child asked why my hair was smelling like that. The angle I was lying was not right, the water only reached the back and sides of my head. When I got home I had to immediately wash my hair to try and get the smell out 🤢 So, all in all it was a waste of my time.
