Disgusting service and money hungry business

I am horrified at the service and staff that this Beauty Bar has. They are in no way willing to accommodate people and have no service etiquette at all. We did forget our 1 bath towel however they seem more interested in making money than “servicing” people. I would suggest you think very well before using this place at all. They are not interested in people just making money. They have no inclination to HELP people but just want their money. I would never visit again. I should have known earlier in the week when my calls and emails were also ignored and not returned. Shocking people skills and no willingness to accommodate people who pay for a service.
