Disgusted in pathetic service!

I wish here a 0 rating for this company. They gave me an appointment for 8.15 I get to the place at 8 lady not sure of the appointment tell me to wait outside she'll get back to me 30 minutes later I'm still standing outside.Phoned them they just having a meeting. Don't make bookings and you are not sticking to your booking time. First time I came I came for lashes told them very plain they out on a wing how the heck is a wing plain. Now I'm standing outside for 30 minutes already waiting for someone to decide they will get back to me. How disgusting is this service! Waisting my time I could have been doing something else with this wasted time time that I'll never get back because of their incompetence!
