Disappointing Experience with Coco Vougue Microblading

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Coco Vougue. I had booked a microblading appointment, but the experience was marred by poor communication and a lack of professionalism.

I received the instructions for the procedure only the evening before my appointment. This was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for a sensitive treatment like microblading. I was flabbergasted that they didn't seem to care about keeping me informed or preparing me adequately for the procedure.

As a client, I expect to be treated with care and respect, especially when it comes to beauty treatments that require trust and confidence. Coco Vougue failed to meet these basic expectations.

Unless they improve their communication and customer service, I would not recommend Coco Vougue to anyone.

*UPDATE:* I ended up canceling my appointment and requesting a refund due to Coco Vougue's unprofessionalism.
