I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Coco Vogue.
I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment with my mom, expecting a smooth and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was already uncomfortable. There were two ladies loudly arguing with staff about not being informed that they needed to bring towels for their treatment β something I later found out would also affect us.
We were then told that we were supposed to bring two sets of towels each. This requirement was never communicated to me when the booking was confirmed. We were given two options: purchase towels on-site for R240 each or go to the nearest mall. We chose to go to the mall and buy the towels.
When we returned, we were told that we were now βlateβ and would only receive half of the treatment time we had originally booked and paid for. When I requested to reschedule β since the delay was caused by poor communication on their part β I was told that I would have to pay an additional R250 to change the date.
This experience felt unfair, poorly managed, and far from professional. Clear communication is essential in a service-based business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I left feeling stressed, disappointed, and dissatisfied, which is the opposite of what one expects from a wellness establishment.
I would not recommend Coco Vogue based on this experience.
