Disapointing Coco Vogue Beauty Bar

I haven't received any services from Coco Vogue sadly, due to difficulty in booking an actual appointment.

I bought a Luxury Massage voucher and can't get a refund or a booking at this place.

I've called the number listed under the brand when you Google them: ***. This either just rings or goed straight to a "number does not exist". It's also the same number you can WhatsApp apparently, but when you do, you're met with automated messages sending requirements prior to when you book or visit them. There's even another number listed on their website, and this too, guess what? Yip you guessed it, no answer and or no return of calls!

If you send a message on WhatsApp they don't respond, or when they do their responses has so many spelling errors its actually alarming how unprofessional it is. This gave me no confidence in booking again or referring anyone who wants to book for massages in the future.

This has been a underwhelming experience to say the least, and here I thought I could get a calm peaceful massage and therapy session. Completely disappointed and literally a company that does not care about getting new or existing customers or even knows how to communicate.

Ooh, before I forget, try to book online through their website - That too does not work. Click book now, you'll see no sheet or form to fill in where you can actually book. So how do you actually get a booking?

I'm sure I'm not the first person to experience this.
