Disapointing and frustrating experience

Lovely the******s but terrible management.

My friends and I booked and paid in full for the Bubbalicious Bestie Special via Coco Vogue’s “Deals” page. Initially, we informed the salon that 3 people were attending even though the special was for 4 people. Later we added the 4th person, and confirmed with Coco Vogue well in advance - and they confirmed they received this message. This was clear there was no miscommunication about this matter. After receiving our manicures and pedicures, we were asked to pay an extra R655 for the 4th person - when the special we booked included 4 people? Note the special also included a shoulder massage - which we did not receive.

When bringing this to management's attention it was simply brushed off, we had to pay an additional cost which didn't make any sense because this additional cost was technically included in the special for 4 people. This was an unpleasant experience and hope management can improve their approach to matters like this, and organise their salon better so that this doesn't occur again.

Unfortunately due to this experience I would not recommend Coco Vogue salon.

It is sad because the the******s who did our manicure's and pedicures were lovely and so friendly!
