Coco Vogue's dishonesty

I'm am disgruntled with Coco Vogue's dishonesty. I bought a voucher on Wikideals for their mani and pedi and made a booking for the 31st of December 2022. I was informed that they were fully booked and could not give me a booking fornthe 31st, they however offered to give me a booking for the 7th of January which was going tk be after my couples massage. I declined the booking for the 7th for I needed my nails done before the 2nd on Jan for I had a photo shoot on the 2nd of Jan. When I requested for a refund of the two vouchers from Wikideals they informed Wikideals that the vouchers were already redeemed. I inquired with them and sent them the proof from our whatsapp chats that I never got a booking confirmation for the date I wanted. J asked them to even check their footage to see that on the 7th when I went for my massage I never did any nails for I did not book for the of Jan. It's been over a week now and I am still waiting feedback from them after viewing their footage which they advise was going to take 2 days. Theh don't respond to my whatsapp messages anymore. I told them all I want is a refund and if I can't be refunded they must provide me with the services already paid for .
