Coco Vogue Lounge - Terrible & Unfriendly Interaction

As a new client, my experience was the worst and most unprofessional interaction I've ever had! If their online interaction for bookings is this poor and unhelpful, I can just imagine what their actual spa services must be like! On top of that, you have to bring your own 2 bath sheets for a spa treatment, and they charge high group fees in addition to the treatment cost. I had heard negative things about this place before but decided to give it a try, thinking those complaints might not be fair. However, I personally found their service to be terrible and unprofessional right from the start, especially with the requirement to bring your own bath sheets and the expensive group fees. They are the absolute worst and I will not recommend them to anyone!
