Coco Vogue Circus

I bought 3 Wikideals vouchers for 6 of us girl friends. I booked via email. Closer to the time, I tried to change my booking time. I phoned numerous times, but they don't answer. I left a few voicemails, but they never return your call. I sent 2 emails asking to reschedule. They never rep****. I went on their online chat, but they do not reply there either, so it is basically impossible to get hold of them to make bookings or reschedule. Some people, like me, have booked through Wikideals and then could not reach them to book, therefore lost their money. We went an hour early incase they read all my emails and messages and rescheduled without confirming. When we got there, the receptionist asked me to pay R500 upfront, because it is a group booking. I refused, as nowhere did I see a disclaimer. She said it was on my confirmation. I found the email on my phone and showed her, but nowhere was the additional R500 mentioned. I told her firmly, I paid Wikideals and that is the ONLY amount payable when going through Wikideals. She just dropped her argument, which I found strange, and that showed me she did this to all their customers and pockets the money herself. So dishonest and shameful. They were over extended, with far too many people, with the result they took us 11:15 instead of 11:00 for our massages, but she still finished 12:00, excluding 2 treatments I paid for. Monday, one of the ladies phoned, apologizing for the chaotic morning, and said she she will arrange free vouchers as a goodwill gesture. It is Thursday and I am still waiting. In the treatments, they also offer an additonal treatment, and if you agree, they ask for money. This place is a circus and unprofessional. Do not bother, you will in anycase not be able to get hold of them to book.
