Beware ****mers.

What is a ****mer? When you have to pay upfront to confirm a booking and under the guise of protocols, policies and under new management, there is no refund policy. I've been there a few times. I have various treatments. Even gave a 5 star review on Google, which I have deleted. The new management have no idea about how to treat clients fairly. So keep the money, I have had no treatments for the money I paid. I don't want to set my foot in there, I won't subject myself to unfair treatment. Cos if the WhatsApp communication is anything to go by, I would rather avoid face to face interaction. Now I know why Shirly left. Run ladies run, I can't imagine how the staff is being treated if the Client are treated like ****.
