Coco Vogue is a beautiful establishment but they have a couple of big flaws. We must bring our own towels because they are "eco friendly" which no other establishment does. Also recently they have implemented a R50 per person fee on top of your product fee that you choose as a "tip" to the workers. This should either be included in your prices or given as a choice to your customers. I had a huge disagreement with Coco Vogue as they redeemed my coupon and when I asked for it to be cancelled the same day, they said they could not do anything. Luckily Wikideals investigated and refunded. Totally *********.
