Baddest Service

Baddest experience ever!it was my anniversary and I decided to book with them (I then didn’t read the reviews of this place because I was rushed to make anniversary plans on my side so I just bought the deal in WikiDeals)After a day I decided to read th reviews and wow it was shocking but I thought ag it’s a “nice deal for couples” as it incl Lunch in tygervally as well -the lunch was good the service was beautiful,after that we went to coco V and with the opening of the door we sense the unwelcoming face of the “Mrs Manager and a guy that was working there. No one welcomed us at the door as Mrs manager only greeted as we walk closer to the counter to find out we must have bring 4 towels and not only 2,we then rush to the closest mall I took two middle size towels because that will cover our bottoms we rush back and we already 15min late and you know they cut of time anyway we arrived for the 2nd time just for th manager with the stink attitude to say it’s to small -our moods dropped I just wanted to go home because WOW what a service,our the****** came to tell us that we need bigger towels and me and hubby said but Mrs managers didn’t indicate the size she just said “towels” I asked for a refund and Mrs manager said there’s no refund I asked her bosses no and she said no can do and instead give me coco email address and the boss name and we walked out,what Poor service from the day I tried making the booking(I struggled with their website chatbot and try to phone them but lines ring and after a while they answer)I still give them the benefit out doubt that they not so “bad”turn out to be the “Baddest” and I lost my money because of poor communication. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to someone EVER,boss lady Chriszelda or what ever ur name is DO BETTER PLEASE UR CHATBOT IS KAHK,your staff is unfriendly and cold and you TOWL POLICY IS BY FA MOST RidiculouS!!
