Bad experience at Coco Vogue!!!

We booked through wikideals for a massage and when making an appointment, we were informed to bring our own towels or rent towels in order to get a massage. When asked, why must we do that, they gave us no explanation! How humiliating? If we knew about it, we would have never booked them. So much for being transparent. The voucher does not mention about bringing your own towels! We want a refund but the owner does not want to give our money back after she stated that she will refund us. Will never recommend this place to anybody...What an awkward experience!
