Bad Choice of Place for a Spa treatment

I would never book them again, the whole bring 2 towels each is beyond me. We got there 20min early sat and waited the lady asked have you got your towels me that only brought 1 towel for me and my partner each was told when it was time for our treatment its 2 towels each. it was not already 10min into our treatment time the lady was late. Anyway I'm like ok what now ,do I forfeit my voucher she says yes or you can pay R470 for towels uuuuhm no thanks. The treatment lady says you can re-schedule I'm like ok the lady said I forfeited my voucher then goes on to say its R200 extra to re-schedule I just left. They weren't rude but there whole set-up is terrible.
