bad attitude

very disappointed in the WhatsApp booking … was rudely attacked because I asked a simple question about the bring your own two towels situation .on the day i purchased my voucher there was no information in the fine print that mentioned anything about a two towel system . on WhatsApp I ask them when I made my booking about the towels as it was my first time going to a spa where you need to provide your own towels and then after asking a few question as i am a first time client i was verbally attacked so the lady said to me that asking question is disrespectful towards the business culture and send stuff to read . i thought it was not a nice attitude to have towards a client. the lady send me links and told me to go read .at least the ladies doing the massage's was nice …
