Absolute joke of a place—avoid at all costs!

I have never in my life heard of a spa that makes you bring your own towels for a massage, but it gets worse. My partner/friend and I booked a massage and comp**** with their bizarre rule by bringing our own towels. When we arrived, they looked at our towels and told us they were "too small" and that we couldn't use them.

Because of their ridiculous hidden metric for towel sizes, they told us one of us would have to give up our massage entirely. They clearly had towels on site, but completely refused to provide them unless we coughed up an extra R300 for two towels! Talk about holding your relaxation hostage. What type of place makes you bring your own towels for a paid service and then runs a cheap cash-grab **** at the door? Shocking customer service and zero flexibility. Save your money and go to a real spa that actually provides basic amenities. Clearly client satisfaction means nothing to them as I can see from a 1 star overall rating they have, absolutely pathetic .
