From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the spa was not prepared or professional. We were made to wait nearly 30 minutes past our appointment time. Then, we were told they didn't have enough towels and were forced to either buy two towels for R480 or pay a rescheduling fee to leave. We should have just left. The treatment was nothing like the package description. We were subjected to the loud noise of a **** eater because there was no music in the room. The massage bed squeaked with every single movement. My the****** pulled my hair with one hand while she was on her phone with the other, calling it a "head massage." The back scrub we paid for was completely skipped. The manicure was a joke—a rushed and uneven filing of my nails. When we tried to resolve this with the manager, she simply threw her staff under the bus and offered a pathetic, conditional voucher for a future service. We refused, telling her we had no desire to ever return. She promised to provide the owner's details for a formal complaint but has not done so. The lack of service, professionalism, and any real attempt at a resolution is shocking. Do not waste your money here.
