Unacceptably POOR Service!!!!!!!!!

After making first contact a month ago and making payment 2 weeks ago I still cannot get this company that far to confirm a delivery date whatsoever. I was told that with a deposit of 50% delivery would take longer but with a full payment delivery would within 5 to 7 days. After making several calls I am now told that delivery could take 12 days+ but nothing can be confirmed. All this for only 2 panels after a break-in where bolt cutters or something similar were used!!! Where is the management of this company?? on the internet nothing is available. My wish is that the CEO could see this.
