Poor service provider treatment - no payment
On the 07th of April, Uber services was requested and rendered to Cochrane Steel from Kathu Airport to Redsand and back. I ensured that the invoice was send on time and till date no money was paid into the account of the service provider. I have been send from pillar to post. Our company is small and thus depends on every cent possible to stay offload, and being treated like this it’s really not fair. I am asking you to please intervene and to ensure that the money be paid out to the service provider. An international company as big as Cochrane failed to pay out an amount thats less than R4000. Its taking more than 3 months.
