Defective Clearvu product

Cochrane provided me with Clearvu fencing material, a lot of which is defective. After visiting my premises to see the defective products I complain about I was promised by the sales rep that the defective panels would be replaced. I received no further communication, despite numerous attempts to contact the sales rep. Instead, I am told by my third party fence installer that Cochrane will only replace 5 panels. Still no attempt by Cochrane itself to contact me to advise me of this or to explain why the rest of my defective panels are not being replaced, despite my query to them. I was told during the site visit that although some panels and posts are discoloured due to imperfect galvanising, Cochrane would provide written confirmation that any panels that become damaged by rust in the next 5 years would be replaced. No written confirmation of anything has been received. Cochrane charge exorbitant fees for their Clearvu fences but will happily dump private consumers with the defects that they cant provide to commercial companies. This is just the tip of the iceberg in overall lousy treatment. Wish I'd gone to another company.
