Placing orders online or with a CCBSA Rep is such a pain as reps without communication change without them even knowing themselves or introducing them to their clients or not even being able to phone them (not answering nor returning a call) no regular visits, the online ordering system hanging for a week on "preparing a order" and the missing communicated delivery dates (which was confirmed with the customer call center). Their is a total lack of ownership from most levels of the company and then asking you to be placing the order again and to be patient. Regional staff/management not following up on complaints, no call, mail or visits that is why reps are not doing it as they see the norm......
