Why is bad reviews even necessary?

This is a last resort, we tried but ABI in Rustenburg is causing damage to your brand. We are a church and we have two Coke fridges. One of them is not working. We've tried for days getting hold of ABI but the phone just rings. We contacted Head Office as well and they gave us the personal number of a lady who promptly shut us down and said we must phone the office. Please assist.
