Waiting for signage

I haven't had a rep at my business for over 3 months now. I have spoken to numerous people but nobody ever gets back to me with anything positive. I'm at my wits and as I am loosing business daily as I don't have the signage. All I receive is empty promises. Is this the way you treat your small businesses? I am utterly disgusted!
