Very Poor Service

The Service we have been receiving from ABI is beyond poor- we have been requesting for the last year that they please replace our Fridge, as its been a problem for the past year now, Everytime our rep comes to check in we report the Fridge thats not working properly and get told that she will log a call...... and yet we just keep waiting for a Technician to assist. Now this morning the cables all burnt together, so now the fridge is not working at all i phoned the rep only to be told they dont work weekends and i need to call the call centre to log a call but they will only be able to assist in logging a call on Monday so now im sitting with a fridge full of warm coldrinks - Totally Unacceptable!!!!!
