Very disappointed and feel like never dealing with this company again

I listed my complaint about they competition and got a call from the their call center and was told on Monday they can't help me with my prizes and I can hand over to someone else and that all they can do it really disappointing to know I can't use my prize on my self and I was told in 2 days time someone will call me to make sure they prize got handled over the the person I pick and yet to date no one followed up or sent the prizes
