Vehicle parked in front of my driveway

Today one of your vehicles parked in front of my drive way, after we requested them to move the driver had the ordasity to tell me I should use my side gate and he will move only when he is done off loading! I live in a residential area why large vehicles of your company is off loading in a suburb is beyond me and which makes it worse they were blocking oncoming traffic in the street.
