Vehicle damaged due to staff neglect

14 Oct 15 one of our trucks used our company's parking area once again for your deliveries to the store 2 businesses down from our office. The interlink truck parked in all our vehicles once again so when I wanted to leave the driver slightly reversed his truck and navigated me out of my parking. Following his navigation I reversed my bakkie into a CC offloading trolley that was in my blind spot and which your staff left unattended on the opposite side of where they were offloading stock. This is not the first incident, it's so bad that we are forced to move offices in Mar next year. We have complained about the trucks using our parking for offloading, but no success. CC is the only company who sends interlink trucks to deliver stock at a mini-supermarket and causes 99% damages to our property, garden and vehicles. Our staff leaves stock & equipment unattended in our parking area which IS NOT an offloading area and this has led to damages or accidents on several occasions. That day the driver phoned his manager who instructed him to take down my nr and said that you will be in contact. No-one has phoned. I logged a complaint online, but no reply. I have photos to support my claim!
