Valpre Sparkling Water no bubbles

I used the contact me form on your website and recieved an auto response email stating that someone would contact me. To date not a single response. Fabulous customer service - well done. I bought a case of 500ml Valpre Sparkling waters and every single bottle was flat. How do I get this returned and get the actual sparkling water (with bubbles) ?
