Useless distribution and planning centre East London

Very poor performance by the management at the East London Distribution centre. They really don't care about customers. As a retailer you place an order for the Easter Weekend that should have been delivered the 16th April. When not delivered you contact the call centre and get told it will be the next day. Next day Thursday same story. Friday the same story "you will get your delivery tomorrow". Today half way through the Easter weekend the poor rep tells me that they cannot deliver as they have insufficient trucks to deliver. What a joke. What type of management allow this to happen this time of the year. Really no care attitude towards small retailers but surely enjoying their Easter weekend without and worries.
